This Privacy Policy explains how EVS HR Mates ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the App. The App is operated by Evincible Solutions.
EVS HR Mates is an employee self-service app that connects to your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system. It lets employees mark attendance, view salary and non-salary transactions, apply for leave and loans, and view personal HR information. Managers can also review their team's attendance and approve leave and loan requests.
The App accesses the following information, which is provided by you or already stored in your organization's Business Central system:
The App communicates directly with your organization's Business Central server. Your HR data is stored and controlled by your employer in Business Central. All data is stored and saved only in Business Central. We do not store your HR data on our own servers. The App does not access your device location, camera or photos. Your employer's own privacy policies also apply to that data.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Data is shared only with your employer's Business Central system, or where required by law.
Data is transmitted between the App and the server over secure (HTTPS) connections. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your HR records are kept by your employer according to its own policies. Login details entered on your device are used only to sign in to your account.
When you download a salary or non-salary transaction report (payslip), the App requests permission to access your device's storage so that you can choose a folder and save the file. The downloaded file is saved only on your own device and is not sent to us. You are responsible for the security of files you download and save on your device. You can delete these downloaded files at any time from your device's file manager, and you can clear other locally stored app data by signing out or uninstalling the App.
You can view your own information inside the App. Your HR data is stored and managed only in your organization's Business Central system, and it cannot be deleted from within the App. To correct or delete your data, please contact your HR department or system administrator. Once data is changed or deleted in Business Central, the App reflects the change automatically. For any privacy questions, contact us at the email below.
The App is intended for employees and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
